What are the promotion dates?
The promotion runs from 21 March 2025 to the newly EXTENDED DATE of 31 July 2025.
To qualify for the cash back, customers need to: be fully approved for Zip Finance; have their Zip purchase authorised; and have their eligible Daikin ducted air conditioner installed by 31st of July 2025.
When must I submit my claim by?
To qualify for the cash back, your claim submission needs to be received by 8th August 2025. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully as incorrect/incomplete claims will not be accepted.
How do I submit my claim?
Simply send us an email to enquiries@hewitttradeservices.com.au. Once complete, you will receive an email back confirming your submission.
IMPORTANT: Do not delete the confirmation email. In the email you will also be provided with a unique ID number that you will need should you want to follow up the status of your claim on the phone or via email enquiries@hewitttradeservices.com.au.
What information do I need to provide on the claim form?
On your email for your claim request, you should include the following details:
- First name, surname, contact phone number, postal address, email address and date of birth.
- Installation address of the Daikin ducted air conditioner purchased.
- The model and serial number of the Daikin ducted air conditioner purchased.
- The tax invoice number.
- Your nominated bank account information that you would like to receive the cash back amount into.
Where can I find Outdoor Unit Serial Number for my AC unit?
The Model and Serial Number for the outdoor unit can be found on the side of your outdoor unit. This information should also be provided to you on your final receipt.
How can I check if my air conditioner model is participating in the promotion?
Simply give us a call and ask the question. Product purchase must be made by an Eligible Claimant and for domestic/residential use ONLY. Please visit Terms and Conditions for more information.
How many claims can I submit?
There is no limit.
How many products can I claim?
There is no limit.
If I submit a claim for two Daikin Ducted Packages will I receive two Cash Back Amounts?
Yes, if you submit a claim for two (2) Daikin Ducted Packages and they have been successfully validated and approved, you will receive two (2) Cash Back Amounts.
Can I submit a claim if I purchased AC for business?
Unfortunately, no. Under the terms and conditions of this promotion only products that were purchased for domestic / residential use can qualify for the Cash Back Amount.
Can I submit a claim if I purchased a unit only, without the zone control system?
Unfortunately, no. Under the terms and conditions of this promotion only products that were installed with the Advantage Air e-Zone or PZK zone control system can qualify for the Cash Back Amount.
Can I submit my claim over the phone or by post?
Unfortunately, no. Only claims made via email submission will be accepted. Claims made by phone, email, post, or fax can’t be accepted or processed.
Completed claim information must be submitted via email by 23:59 AEST on 8th August 2025.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that your email claim is submitted by this date and that ALL information you provided is correct. If a claim is not entered correctly, we may not be able to process it.
Can I follow up the status of my claim?
Absolutely. You can simply give us a call on 07 3634 0200 or email us at enquiries@hewitttradeservices.com.au, be sure to have your unique ID number that was sent to your email address when you emailed your claim.
What do I do if I didn't receive a claim submission confirmation email within 2 business days?
First, check your Spam/Junk folder – just in case.
Then, if you still cannot find the email please email us on enquiries@hewitttradeservices.com.au to confirm your application has been lodged correctly.
Please Note: If a claim failed to be correctly entered, it may not have been processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your information is correct.
How long will it take for the Cash Back Amount to be received?
Please allow six (6) weeks after emailing your claim request.
We will make every attempt to process your claim as quickly as possible. However, due to the popularity of these promotions it may take some time to check and process your claim.
Is proof of payment for my ducted air conditioner required?
As long as we are able to verify that your Zip purchase has been completed, you will not need to provide a proof of payment.
To qualify, your Zip purchase must be authorised by 31st July 2025.
Is a Bank Transfer the only option?
No, eligible claimants may choose to deduct the $1,000 Cash Back Amount off the cost of the job instead. It is important that this be discussed and approved by Hewitt Trade Services at the time of which you accept a quote.
What happens if I inadvertently submitted incorrect details in my claim request email?
It is your responsibility to ensure that ALL information supplied on the claim form is correct. Please take your time to make sure the information you entered is correct. Don’t send your email unless you’re 100% sure that all details you entered are correct.
If a claim has not been correctly submitted and/or is incomplete as of 23:59 AEST on 8th August 2025, then the claim may not be processed.

I've emailed all requested information on the claim form but sometime later received an email asking to provide additional details. Why?
Sometimes our validation team may have further questions if some of the information on the email is not matching and requires further investigation e.g. home address provided does not matching the one we have on file.
If after submitting your claim request you’ve been asked to provide additional details, we strongly encourage you to provide requested information by the communicated deadline. This will help us get your claim processed as quickly as possible so that you could receive your Cash Back Amount.
